Fisher-Hamilton / NYCOM Biochemistry Lab
The Fisher Hamilton/Nycom Biochemistry laboratory, under the supervision of Dr. Charles Dumke, is utilized for storage and analysis of the blood and muscle samples collected during research and teaching. Equipment includes:
- Three Bio Rad™ gel eletrophoresis units
- Biotek m-Quant™ with KC-4™ software ELISA unit
- YSI 2300 Stat™ lactate and glucose analyzer
- Brinkmann™ tabletop autoclave unit
- So-Low™ -80°C freezer
- Genesys 5 Thermospectronic™ spectrophotomoter
