Recreation Management Association
The Recreation Management Association (Rho Mu Alpha) is the student
major's organization in the Recreation Management Program. RMA provides leadership opportunities for students who serve as officers, and promotes academic, social and service activities. Major projects of RMA include:
- The Recreation Management Fall and Spring banquets;
- Adopt a Highway program
- Habitat for Humanity
- Watauga Hunger Coalition'
- Academic Speaker Sponsorship
- Banff Film Festival sponsorship
- Recreation Management Fund for Excellence Scholarship
- Annual Camp Fair sponsorship
- Fall and Spring cookouts;
- Social/Outdoor recreation event sponsorship
Membership fee is $5.00 per semester.
